Our Refund Policy

1. Refund percentages are applicable only if the complete fee is paid without any balance left over. The refund will be made within 30 business days. 
2. If your application has not been reviewed by our team, nor submitted to the government for approval, then you will receive a full amount of our processing fee and a government fee.
3. If your application has been reviewed by our team but has not yet been submitted to the government for approval, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the government fee.
4. If your application has been submitted to the government for approval or a visa is already issued, no refund will be issued.
5. If we make a mistake on your application, a 100% refund of our processing fee will be issued.
6. If you miss your trip because we have not delivered your visa and the travel document within the agreed time frame, you will receive a full refund for the government fee and our processing fee.
7. The company is not responsible for any delay caused by the visa office and any third-party services such as Courier Services etc. 
8. Blogimmi is not responsible for a refund of any fees or other amounts/charges that have been paid to any Assessing Bodies and Immigration Authorities.
9. No refund request will be entertained in case the visa is rejected due to the submission of fraudulent documents.
10. There will be no refund in case the applicant fails to attend the visa interview.
11. Late submission of any additional documents requested by the consulate at a later stage.
12. The immigration process includes showing enough funds to get visa approval, and these funds requirements differ from country to country. Failure to provide such funds by the applicant shall not make Blogimmi liable for any refund of the service charges or part thereof.
